SCENIC FLIGHT

Nazca Lines Flight from Pisco

A Nazca Lines geoglyph seen from above

A practical and elegant way to see the Nazca Lines without building the whole day around Nazca itself.

Pisco airport is only about three hours south of Lima, making it a far more convenient air gateway than Nazca for many coastal itineraries. From Paracas, the flight can sit naturally beside the Ballestas Islands, the Paracas National Reserve, Ica wine country or Huacachina, without asking the day to stretch too far.

On the day of the flight, you are collected from your hotel in Paracas or Pisco, or from the Paracas bus station, and transferred privately to Pisco airport. Once aboard the Cessna Grand Caravan, the co-pilot points out each figure as the aircraft circles the desert floor: the Hummingbird, Monkey, Condor, Astronaut, Hands, Tree, Spider and other ancient forms that have endured for more than a thousand years.

The airline assigns the exact departure time, though approximate time-of-day preferences can be requested. The evening before, we confirm your pickup and check-in timing so the morning remains simple.

Foreign travelers should bring their passport, and Peruvian travelers should bring a DNI card. Passport validity should extend at least six months beyond arrival. A camera is optional; motion sickness medication is recommended for guests who are sensitive to small-aircraft turns.
